At a road side stop on 90W in New York. Saw it out of the corner of my eye and at first I thought it said “hands and FEET washing not permitted.” That would have been awesome! But it’s still strange because the drinking fountain is right next to the bathroom. Why would I wash anything in a drinking fountain — especially one that’s near the door of a very busy road stop — when I could walk 5 feet and use a sink. Seems odd, but I’m guessing the sign is there for a reason.
