I made a Buche de Noel for New Year’s Eve, and as I was separating the eggs I noticed that the yolks looked like a flower, so I paused for quick photo. (The cake was delicious, btw… flourless cake with chocolate whipped cream, frosted in whipped cream… YUM!)
