When the ice tray’s in the wrong spot things get interesting in our freezer. I like the way they’re lined up, kind of like they’re on the parallel bars.
when I was a kid I was intrigued by the mercury in the thermometer, and it took a lot of self control not to break the thermometer so I could play with the mercury. when I saw these water drops on my friend Ashley’s car, it’s the first thing I thought of.

clouds + reflections = two of my favorite things. this was taken at the top of the Angel’s Flight Railway in Los Angeles. Kat and I were there on a rainy Sunday and had the place to ourselves, which was fabulous!
