So here’s what the camera saw when I got down on the ground and focused on different parts of the reflection.  Unbelievable, when compared with how it looked from above.  Sometimes now I’ll see water on the ground, road, whatever and wonder what I’d see if I got next to it with a camera.

water drops on fabric that repels liquid… the drop in the center had just been hit by another drop of water. intrigued to see how it was flattened. >  large version

This is a black cake stand with a cool crocodile skin pattern. The gold reflection comes from the roof and sides of our house. And yes, I live in a house that’s covered in GOLD.
